# NeoOps

> NeoOps is an incident routing API. It reads a new ticket and predicts the
> assignment group, RCA agent or any configured field, using the account's own
> resolved tickets as examples. Sub-second, about $0.0008 per incident, with a
> confidence score on every answer. No model training. Works with any ITSM or
> case system that can export tickets.

Auth is a bearer API key created in the web app. Up to 5 incidents per routing
request. Routing requests are never stored, and customer data is never used to
train models.
